Terms of service

These terms cover design services sold by Graphic Language, Inc., an Oakland, California studio, through graphiclanguage.pro and by invoice.

When you pay an invoice or place an order, you hire us for the service named in the quote: logo, identity, website, advertising, print, or a monthly retainer. The quote controls the price, the number of revisions, and the delivery date. Work outside that scope is a new quote.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logo, text, photo, or brand material you send us. You are responsible for trademarks and for claims that your content infringes someone else’s rights.

We keep ownership of the working files until the invoice is paid in full. After payment, you receive the final files described in the quote. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
