Refund policy

Graphic Language, Inc. sells design services. We do not sell physical products, and there is nothing to ship back.

A project starts when we receive payment or written approval of a quote. If you cancel before any work has started, we refund the amount paid. If work has already started, we bill for the time and files completed, and the rest of the invoice is cancelled. Completed files, rounds of revisions already delivered, and third-party costs are not refunded.

Each quote states how many revision rounds are included. Extra rounds are billed separately. If the delivered files do not match the written scope, email alexa@graphiclanguage.pro within 7 days and we will correct them. Refunds, when owed, go back to the original payment method.
